1. Tonight I ate a veggie delight sandwich at Subway with Emily and our youth director Susan. This was a God moment because (A) I am blessed to have a friend like Emily who I can always count on for companionship and counsel. (B) God is always working through and talking through Susan, which makes her wonderful and beautiful. (C) God made all the wonderful and beautiful vegetables that come together in a random selection to be awesome.
2. Driving to school with my brother this morning, the sun was completely out super early. All the green lights lined up except a few. And those few had a nice view while we waited. Walking into the building, I made a new friend for the first time in a long time.
3. Worshipping with the student leaders as we anxiously awaited our wonderful campers.
4. Having Jo-Jo tell me the absolute most true thing I’ve ever heard about God, Ministry, and Life.
5. Having kids who had not spoken in small groups all weekend asking me to pray with them after closing worship. Just wow.
6. Being taken care of.
